Or choose to hang out on the deck and covered deck table to enjoy the sunset hitting your private mountain views. As the sun sets head over to the firepit for some yummy smores and stories you will remember for years to come. We provide you with all the comforts you need for a great night sleep before heading off on your adventures! Linens, towels, WiFi, shampoo, conditioner, and soap for a quick shower. There is a small fridge and freezer to store your supplies, also a microwave and coffee pot. It’s a perfect jumping off point to get recharged before heading out to explore all the amazing things the area has to offer!
This is a quiet neighborhood that is still close to the main road that heads to mountain access a door step away, and also close to historic areas and the 45 minutes to Tucson!
We do ask our guests be conservative with the use of water as it must be hauled in. There is a small water heater so quick showers are recommended. The stars are amazing! Wildlife frequents the area, so you may encounter mule/coues deer, coyote, giant jack rabbits or even the elusive mountain lion or bobcat. There is an abandoned 1880's adobe structure back in the canyon. Plenty of parking space beside the Airstream so you will have an unobstructed view out of the front of Kitt Peak National Observatory and the valley floor below.
